**Biography for Justin Medler**

Pastor Justin Medler and his family are originally from Syracuse, NY. Before he came to FRBC, he taught at the Central Baptist Bible Institute for 7 years and was the Teen Ministry Leader at Central Baptist Church in Syracuse, NY for 6 years. In October of 2022, after much prayer and consideration, we recognized that the Lord had called Pastor Medler to be our assistant pastor. In June of 2023, he and his family moved here to Indianapolis, IN, and on July 1, 2023, he began serving as our assistant pastor. Pastor Medler served under Pastor Chuck Circle until he retired on March 30, 2025, at which time Pastor Medler became our Senior Pastor, where he currently serves.

Pastor Justin Medler is married to his lovely wife, Venus! She is his best friend and his ministry partner! They have five wonderful children: Jerry, Kiari, Analecia, Zoe and Ava. Pastor Medler’s family is his pride and joy.

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain,” John 15:16

Adam has been the Music Director at FRBC since June of 2014. He graduated from Warren Central High School in 2004, Anderson University (BM) in 2008, and Ball State University (Med) in 2014. Adam served as the choir and drama director in the Monroe-Gregg School District from 2008-2012, then Dean of Students for Monrovia Middle School for two years. Following that he was the Assistant Principle at Julia E. Test Intermediate School in Richmond,
Indiana and the Principal of Fairview Elementary School. He then served as the Principal of New Castle Middle School. Adam is currently the Assistant Superintendent for the New Castle School system. He and his wife Katie, an elementary music teacher in New Palestine Schools, have been life-long members of FRBC and cherish the relationships that God has blessed them
with while members of this body. Adam and Katie have three children: Drake born in 2011, Lucy Belle born in 2014 and Beau born in 2017. In their spare time Adam, Katie, Drake, Lucy Belle, and Beau love to be together and spend time with family and friends. They also enjoy the Chicago Cubs and Disney World.
