FRBC COVID-19 POLICIES

Those who should not attend any church activities.

    1. Anyone who has been exposed to a person with Covid-19 in the past two weeks, a fever over 99.6, congestion, cough, headache, muscle/body aches, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, sore throat or vomiting/diarrhea should not attend any church functions until they are symptom free for 72 hours without medication.

   2. Anyone who has been tested for Covid-19 and awaiting results should not attend any church activities.

   3. Anyone who has been told to quarantine due to close contact with a Covid-positive person in another place (such as work or school) should also stay away from all church activities until that quarantine period is completed.

   4. If someone tests positive for Covid-19 they will be required to be quarantined from all church activities for  14 days after the positive test.

What to do if you receive a positive Covid-19 test.

Anyone who attended any church event up to seven days prior to testing positive for Covid-19 should immediately contact Pastor Chuck or Pastor Andy by phone (not text or email). Pastor Chuck’s cell number is 260-849-0321 and Pastor Andy’s is 419-602-7254. If they do not answer leave a message.

If the church is informed of a positive Covid-19 test from anyone who was in our building, we will do the following:

   1. We will inform anyone who was within six feet of the infected person for fifteen minutes or more that they must quarantine from all church activities for 14 days from the time of the contact. That information will be given via a phone call and postal letter.

 - If the positive case involves a child that was in Sunday School, Children’s Church or an Awana classroom, everyone in that room will be told to quarantine for 14 days from the time of contact.

 - If a positive case involves someone seated in the auditorium but who was not in any classroom, then only the people seated within six feet for fifteen minutes or more will be informed that someone near them tested positive for Covid-19. Those informed are required to quarantine from all church activities for 14 days from the time of contact.

   2. Via email we will seek to inform all of those attending at the same time that we had someone with a positive Covid-19 test in our building. That information does not mean that everyone should quarantine, they should not.

   3. Due to HIPPA and legal restrictions we will not reveal the name of anyone with a positive Covid test.

In order to know where people are seated in the auditorium, we will be taking a photo or two from the

front of the auditorium every Sunday morning. This will aid in knowing who was in close contact with

anyone who receives a positive Covid-19 test.
